Those are most likely NOx sensors gone bad that have to be replaced. Could also be crystallization of the meter module due to your short trips.

I'd consider changing the subframe bushings to M3...

I'd consider changing the subframe bushings to M3 ones and front sway before touching the rear sway bar. Also, changing out the front control arms and tension struts to M3 ones will yield much better...
