My e90 gives the same codes when I got bad gas. Put a bottle of octane booster and make sure the battery is fully charged and I bet she will start.

I worried about this with my N54 but at 110K miles she is still pulling like a train. Always starts quickly and runs smoothly. I always used premium fuel but not sure if that makes a difference.
