Probably the bottom hose on the CCV,,that goes to the oil dipstick has worn through,,that one you can replace--the others,,if they have gone bad,,you'll have a days job on your hands

Change the fluid out...The filters in these cars are of a media fiber..they can get clogged and cause just what you have going on. If it's in cold weather,,it can even take time for the tranny to go...
