Turned out the old tank had buildup on the inside and was washing down with the fresh fuel causing clogs and killing the pump. Took the car out for a few sessions 2 weeks ago with a fresh tank in it...

The ECU has no idea how much load is on the engine. In stock form, deleting the MAF causes the stock ECU to go to a default MAF table. Now that there is 6 throttles, the engine "gulps" a ton of air...
