The 73% residual plus the low cap cost compared to MSRP really crushes the lease payment. With max MSDs or a 1 pay lease it would get even better.

BMWFS never negotiates buyouts since the 2008 crisis but a dealer will which is probably moot in this case. I just did a 2012 E90 on Edmunds with 45k and 100k miles and the difference was $1275 LOL....
