I believe somewhere between 2009 and 2010, the E90's stopped getting the pre-wire for an alarm.

Going to have to go aftermarket and that might not be all too cheap.

In the later E90's (I believe 2010+), BMW (for some dumb reason) deleted the key hole entirely. You literally have to go fdriller's route to open the trunk in the absence of the battery.
