No Cabin Heat

Searching led me to more questions than answers. Coolant has been in for a long time without any changes to system, no leaks, etc. So pretty sure its not a bleed problem. But no heat in cabin, AC...

Well I( only have a cheap reader, doesn't do DSC/ABS...but the question really was whether a problem with wheel sensor or ABS module could trigger the DSC light, but not the ABS light?
