Put in new Bilstein HD shocks & struts, upper & lower control arms, ball joints, and front / rear wheel bearings.

Looks like there's a small oil seal leak between engine...

The only fluid I could think of near the rear of the car would be gas and brake fluids.

Change both of your pre-cat O2 sensors and (since you'd be in there anyway....) your spark plugs.

One of my two pre-cat O2 sensors failed....

There have been posts about the vacuum leaks developing in the air rubber intake boot.
Also, pre-cat oxygen sensors tend to go bad ( hesitation during acceleration tends to be a symptom of this...)....

The rear springs can snap near one or both ends, where the they are thinner. Really not too tough to swap out though.
