I've heard of people doing that swap for 1kish, dont think that includes a rebuild...

you are correct, on those bolts i couldnt angle a torque wrench in there so just got them 'snug'...i went in a side to side and zig zag pattern to hopefully distribute the force evenly

nope i've had to take off the throttle body more than once and those gaskets (as you suspect) arent a big deal to change

assuming you torqued everything back to spec? even then, a lot of air...
