BMW leather is urethane-coated. Gentle cleaning is all that's required. You can condition it if you like, but don't be surprised when the conditioner sits on top of the surface.

Clean A, B, and C with a mixture of 10% Woolite/90% water and a microfiber cloth. Don't apply any type of product over it.

Once it's clean, there's no need to slather any shiny, oily stuff on it.
