When I did mine, I took a 14mm headed bolt, and run a 14mm nut down to the head. Spot welded that sucker 3 times and cut the threads that stuck out off. Custom tool for about 1.15 :)

ICV looks OK matt. When I did mine I went ahead and made up a central vacuum source, plugged the ICV/charcoal into that. Then got a boot for a 95 M3 to plug my IAT sensor into. No zip tied sensors...
