Can a dealer inventory order be submitted(status 097) to BMWAG as priority 1? Local CAs say they usually submit as priority 3 first, then assign to priority 1 when order becomes status 111.

A couple years back my car was Priority 3 status 112 and 7 days from Status 150 when ordered, it arrived at west coast dealer in 58 days. A 60-day west coast turnaround can be very tight.
