The best idea is to just change the oil yourself and then use that as a baseline. Many members on here change their oil at roughly half the recommended interval, or about 7500 miles.

I had my fair share of issues mostly covered...

I had my fair share of issues mostly covered under CPO, but those issues didn't start occurring till I passed 60K miles. Just saying. :D
