Get your money back. Most states require dealers to refund purchase price within 30 days. If they let it off the lot without having previously detecting these issues, then I'd find another dealer....

The sensors rarely go bad. I'd not change them just because. They're not cheap, so why give yourself an unnecessary expense? Besides 24,000 miles is nothing.
