The aux plugs should all power down in less than 15 minutes. You have to work to find a source of power that stays hot on an F25. Many who need one use the power pin off of the OBD-II connector.

It's most likely condensate from the A/C. The important fluids, coolant and oil, seem to often be caught by the underbody aerodynamic panels, and don't end up on the driveway.
