I found the same when I was shopping recently. I wasn't looking for a CPO car since added warranty/service isn't valid in Canada, but was surprised to see so much price variation.

^most are asphalt up this way. I've got concrete aggregate but that's not common. A few are pavers but that usually don't hold up well with lots of temperature variation.
