They have a 47mm offset, which probably will not fit the E46, which I believe has a 34mm offset.

My car (128i w/Sport Pkg) currently has a 26.5mm front bar that I am considering replacing with a 28.0mm front bar (both are BMW bars). Would I get a noticable improvement in handling? Thanks.
