I don't know if it justifies the cost or not, but the reason the exhaust bolts are so expensive is that they are made of Inconel in order to resist corrosion with the high temperatures of the exhaust...

In the event you do want to inspect your center support bearing, you don't have to remove the exhaust system. If you unbolt/unfasten it from the mounting points, you can drop it enough to maneuver...

Not sure, but on the E70 I think the 6 Item#2's are the subframe mounting bolts. From the drawing it looks like they are hex headed rather than torx.

In a word "No". Pretty much any name brand rotor is fine. (The Bosch ones are ok). My experience is the Akebono Ceramic ones are very nearly as good as OEM, but with the benefit of much less dust....
