NEVER accept an estimate from a dealer without a second opinion unless you know and trust them already.
SAs get paid commission and we have seen some awful dealers and SAs out there. Many are good...

If it's the bottom one it controls the stepper motor too. A new one should get it to light, but it will most likely need to be coded.

They need coding or resistors to avoid errors, and a wiring harness needs to be made with diodes for the front lights.

There is no ballast. The lights use ignitors, the red square devices that the bulbs go into.
They do not get programed.

There are 2 modules mounted on each light fixture. They get programmed....
