It isn't at all obvious where it attaches, and 2 of the points are hidden by the lower part of the bumper that was, (probably), removed. Check your PMs.

A lot of the posters here seem to worship their cars a bit. I try to treat my e91 like a pick-up truck. I like having a trailer, roof rack etc. Have fun.

I got the 328xit specifically so I could drive it all year and I live in the middle of nowhere on a gravel road that is packed snow/ice for 5 months straight. Get some snows and drive the car.
