Residual quoted to me is the same for the 2.5L but the money factor is .0007- so obviously there's more bang for the buck on a 3.0L...

Hey - check the interior specs on the X3 v X5 - in many case there is very little difference, and some cases the X3 is larger. But then again, space is sometimes in the eye's mind.
