depends on what brand radiator. From cheapest to most expensive your lookin at $90-160 for the radiator. And about 1 hour of labor.

The part is extremely easy to replace if you have basic tools...

I can relate to this. On my E46 when my seals were going bad. My car would some times stall when cold. And it would throw misfire codes as well as low fuel trim bank 1 and so on.

I agree with CVX it looks like a 99-2000 323ci. If I saw the rear even without the badge I could tell which model it is though.

You can actually buy any bezel for any unit like the one you just posted. And use it on another head...
