April ED itinerary . Vienna or Paris or Amsterdam?

We are taking mid April ED. Will have 7-10 days.
Here is what we planed so far:

April 16 landing Munich. Check-in.
April 17 Munich time
April 18 BMW day
April 19 Explore Salzburg (overnight)...
