The wheel centre bore on the 1995 is 72.6mm, the offset is 23mm.

Check that the wiring from the amp and speakers...

Check that the wiring from the amp and speakers are not in contact with the battery cables. Also check your grounds for corrosion.

I had all the mounting holes just sitting on the screws. I installed fender washers on all the screws and that solved my problem.
