Can't hurt to try it with engine warm. Cold=contracted=tight. You might also try to some PB blaster or similar loosening agent. Be sure to clean that stuff out afterwards though!

Factory rotors are fine. Try the Cool Carbon pads, or EBC Greens if you're on a budget.
Bavarian Auto, Tischer online or Turner motorosport all sell rotors.
