Have you ever replaced the rear lower ball joints? How are your swing arm bushings?
I lowered mine, the dealer didn't have any problem setting the camber to the -1 deg range.

You obviously need a new radiator. Around these parts they cost ~$300 unless you buy an aftermarket one.
If the waterpump, t-stat, and hoses are original you may want to change them too.

I did run BK44 thru my injectors a few years ago when I had them out. They weren't dirt to start with so there wasn't any noticeable improvement....
