Just a guess, but sounds like you're not getting...

Just a guess, but sounds like you're not getting enough gas to keep the engine running. Trash in the fuel line ? Fuel pump issue ?

I ditched my garmin nav a couple of years ago and use google maps on my iPhone. Works great ! Built in nav systems are out of date the minute you buy them.

Regarding the dealer to use, go with a board sponsor near you. Since you didn't mention where you are, it's difficult to recommend a dealer.

Also, you can buy from any dealer and pick up your car...

Additional savings for PCD depend on how much your dealer charges for prepping the car, "free" tank of gas, etc I talked my dealer way down on the "dealer fee" because I was doing PCD.

Yes, but in a way you may not realize. The dealer does not have to give you a free tank of gas, wash your car or otherwise "prep" it. So his costs are lower. You should use that to your advantage.

Very good question. I kinda doubt it because Canadian cars are configured differently than US cars and are shipped to a "foreign" port. But you should call the performance center and ask.

Not to dissuade you about changing your coolant, but I don't believe it will prevent a water pump failure. You might want to consider preemptively changing your pump.

I don't know how it works in the UK, but in the US some dealers will do a good will repair and are compensated somewhat by BMW.
In the US this was deemed a safety issue because stalling in traffic...
