That was my first thought too, but no change. Doesn't matter the setting of HVAC, radio, lights, or position of the moon/stars. It does only happen when the engine is running though, not in key...

Vents all blow nice and cool. Drivers side and passenger side same temps - so it seems like it is functioning correctly. Just seems like a lot of cycling but maybe it's nothing to worry about?
