Guys, my oil pan is leaking slowly, and over time what used to be top up by 1L every 3K-5K, now it is 1L every 1-1.5K. Just wondering if the pan leak is getting worse, or the engine starting to eat...

Have you checked the pulley bearing where the engine belts sits. Depending on the age of the vehicle the pulley bearing needs to be replaced at 60-80k's IMHO. Might need to find what they are...

Have you checked for leaks. I have the same issue, every 3-4k, I need to top up just under a litre. But my oil pan is leaking plus slight leak on the engine cover, so I am blaming the leak.

DISA is re-built recently, and petrol cap is new as well. Leads to intake boot or if it is the CCV, I would not be happy :mad:, that is a knuckle scratching back breaking job

Finally I can say, it was the sleeve connector...

Finally I can say, it was the sleeve connector issue. After a second attempt and lots of cursing and swearing, the sleeve understood my intentions and behaved.
