Yup, in front of the filler cap...

Your vent screw is directly in front of the coolant reservoir cap, it has a black dime sized head with an "X" through it.

You should have no probelems passing emissions. The Carsounds are rated for a 4.2L/4200Lb car EACH. You'll only be asking the converter to handle 2.2L each because you'll have 2 of them :-)
