I removed the foam one at a time on my 2007 si and hated it. Put it back in after a few rides. Sounded like the car was broken. Not a fan of the mod for me.

Do you have Xenon? If so they are bi-xenon, the outer lights are both low and high beams. The inner lights are dummys and just the rings that light up.

Yes, it's probably the sensor. I recoded my car to disable the seatbelt bell, only the flashing icon on the dash comes on if the seatbelt is not fastened.
