Correction, the washer fluid sensor has the dangly bit. If I remember right, the coolant sensor has a float deal around it, make sure it's clean and not getting hung up.

The coolant sensor has a dangly bit on one side, it should be facing the bottom of the tank.

Don't know the cost of new wires, never paid anyone to do that before...

$1200... for 6 fuel injectors.... that's awfully steep. You can find the injectors online for less than $200 brand new. I don't know what to say about the dead cylinder.

Thanks for the suggestion, I do have the 3rd brake light and it works. I recently had to get my car its annual safety inspection so I know all of my lights work. I have a '87 325 sedan.
