Don't use M Differential bushings? M/3.0 are $280, 2.8 and others are $40?

So differential bushing/mount part# 33172228425 for a 3.0 coupe runs about $280. while what appears to be nearly identical (probably not???) is 33171090950 for 2.5's, 2.8's and so on are $40?
