I would not do anything but a plus one tire upgrade which preserves the tire diameter. You could add spacers which would move the tires out to fill the gap.

Easy answer. There's not enough room in the door for the window to go down all the way. Look at the longest part of the window in the frame and then at the door cutout to go around the rear tire....
