Fixed under warranty. Probably the easiest of the problems that I had with the previous F30. They just replaced the tail light assembly.

It is painful...I went through lemoning my previous F30. It was a pretty painful 4-5 months during which I kept having the recurring problem. And I was pissed off and used to whine a lot about it.
