Did you have new sliders? New bushing? When I did my window motor on my driver's side I used white lithium lube. Wiped all the old grease and re-grease everything.

You can just buy the ball joints and press them in, if your control arms aren't bent or damage. Bimmerworld has a kit for the front overhaul....

I'm confuse now. So you put in a different rebuilt S50 with a red DME into your car but you have a silver 413 at hand too? Try using the silver one and see how that works?

I have a silver 413. Production date 9/95. Silver label 413 post 12/94 production. A silver label 413 chip will not work in a 506 or red label 413.
