Any wheel shop should be able to help you remove the lock



Remember to apply cutting oil to the drill bit. Drill the a centered hole and use an easyout.

I though it was best to leave the threads "dry", since grease or anti-seize throws off the torque spec.
It is helpful to put anti-seize on the hub.
