Hey John, I picked the car up today & the tint guy said the chime was off & on. I told him about the chime module & he opened the kick panel. There was a 3-wire connection at the back of the chime...

If this stops the chiming... would the chime be turned Off even after plugging the 12-pin connector back? Or would the chiming start up again? Any idea?

Just yesterday picked up a '99 M3 Convertible & after spraying it down at the car wash today, the back trunk emblem partially flaked off. Just what mm size is this trunk emblem??

My bad, it is only the driver's door & trunk lock, I was thinking of our other two, '88 325 & '92 318ic. The '01 325xi is what I can only lock/unlock with the remote buttons.
