Belt Conditioner

I thought it may make the belt last longer. I guess the mechanic is right, he told me he never uses the belt conditioner on a new belt.

Washer Fluid Low

Besides the Dealer, can I just take my car to any Auto Shop to do the Alignment or the shop must have Certified Alignment System for BMW.
