Is it even possible to install Microsoft Sync

I have no idea about this, but does anyone know if Microsoft Sync could be integrated into my e46?

Someone ran into my car while it was parked and I was not in it... now mine is in the shop and...

Kind of a popping sound...

When I turn (either sort of fast or if I'm turning and going over a bump), I hear a sound that is pretty hard to describe... almost like a popping-clunk type sound from the back left or back right...
