I don't know if they actually did carbon cleaning. All she said on the phone was that the plugs were pretty "carboned" and so they replaced them. Second set of plugs in less than 6 months!

I am going to call BMW assist and get it towed down to Edmonton, it sucks that they won't tow the car back to me.

It's frozen, it won't start!

So last week the temperature was -30 to -40 in northern Alberta, now the car won't wont start! I tried boosting it and now luck. Is it possible that it's that frozen?

It warmed up yesterday to -15...
