I think I still have my heat insulation from the hood of my 323 it'd be a pain to ship however . I'd skip the heat stuff for the headers you'll be fine man. I wouldn't use header wraps it's messy...

Fluid flushes/bleeding are easy with the right tools. I have a motive power bleeder I use.
