A lot of people would do it preemptively, figuring if one pulley goes out, the others probably don't have much life left in them. As I recall, I replaced mine selectively, judging by how they felt....

I'd be surprised if injectors were the issue. I doubt that a single injector failure would produce a lean condition for the entire bank, just as I doubt that multiple injectors would fail at the same...

This sounds a lot like failed thrust arm bushings, and you'll find many thread about "front end vibration," typically related to wheel balance, thrust arms, or other front suspension components....
