I had all my fluids changed at 48k miles and change. I may go a bit longer next time around, maybe 60k-80k. I do tons of city and slow traffic driving given the curse of living in NYC.

Are you sure it is not one of the other tires? My idrive doesn't tell me which tire is low, just that one or more are low. Also, I think TPMS batteries die after awhile so it may be time for a change?
