Thanks for the links. I was reviewing the receipts and the code they get indicates a bad vent valve, which they replaced twice since they thought the same thing - bad new part.

I change my oil every 1ok miles and usually have to add a quart after 5k miles. The yellow oil light came on today so I drove about a mile to the nearest gas station and paid $10 for a quart of Peak...

pigtails break yes, but the cooling systems on the x3 are much less problematic

My local indy keeps the pigtails in stock since it is so common with the x3/3 series
