CD player re loads every time

I was just curious if this has heppened to anyone else and if you found a cure.

After severl years of no issues, the CD cartridge has recently started to 'reload' the CDs into the player eveytime...

Thoughts on 'washing' the engine?

In the next few weeks, I will be getting my car 'spring detailed' and some of the shops offer an engine wash as a package option. I have never had the engine cleaned in any way since owning the car....
