They will only work in a projector style housing (IE HID housing) and they do require a slight amount of fabrication (actually removal) of the bulb housing...

Yup H&R spings. Depending on if you have an M sport or not it will depend on how low it drops it. Make sure you order the right springs. I have an M sport and it only drops it about 3/4 of an inch....
