Question Seattle area: best tuning shops?

I have an 2015 m235i and need the ECU pulled for tuning and then reinstalled. Also need a catless downpipe installed.

Who is the best in the puget sound for this type of work?

Dash and inner doors are cheap appearing, especially the doors
335d had LED turn...

It seems the DTUK-T is a better option as it is a two channel system controlling fuel throughput as well as turbo boost. DTUK is manufactured by DTE in germany which has years of diesel tuning...
