I'd say the same really. The only thing is occasionally a balky synchro that doesn't want to engage when cold-->1 to 2 shift. Quite rare, this.

Re synchro: does the shifter feel balky when trying to either leave 1st or enter 2nd? That is, the travel between the two gears on the shifter is fine, but trying to slide into 2nd is tough.
