Mine actually are smoked-its hard to tell in the daylight. I changed the turn signal bulbs to chrome solarus bulbs to get rid of the egg effect. Dmm tuning sells them for $155 in clear and smoked.

I loosened the right 2 e12 torx, actually 3 on the right. The one above the top starter bolt in the pic just in case I loosed the wrong one. I got a big rubber mallet coming tomorrow! Fingers crossed...

540i wheels will have a hub bore of 74.1 and your putting them on a 525i which the wheels have a hub bore of 72.56- you need them to center the wheels on the 525i
